Since 1997 Firehall.com has been keeping the Canadian firefighting and rescue community informed by posting Canadian specific news stories daily. The latest top stories can be found on our main page and an archive of older stories in the News section. We also provide a medium for members to discuss and comment on stories in the Firehall Forum. We have recently added an addition which allows Firehall.com members to submit stories and events.
The Firehall Forum The forum is our most popular feature. It provides a medium of communication for firefighter and rescue personnel all across the country, from experienced members sharing their knowledge with some of the less experienced to just getting to know each other in general chat. With a wide variety of topics that range from news discussion, equipment reviews, mock rescue scenarios, education/training and more, we hope that we hope that in some small way we are helping progress the way Canadian departments learn from each other. Responses in the forum come from all levels of fire protection professionals from all across Canada.
